Virtual Follow-up Video- Brief (15 min)

During this appointment we can follow-up on a single medical concern or chronic conditions. This includes reviewing labs, radiology reports and medical management.
Returning Patient
Virtual PCP Establish Care (30 min)

30-minute video appointment. During this appointment we will review your medical history and chronic conditions. We will also discuss preventative care such as labs and cancer screening.
Virtual Extended Follow-up video appointment (30 min)
